From Now To Then: Looking Ahead 5 Years Later

 Where do I  plan on seeing myself five years later? Well that is a question I still ask myself now. We all have dreams of what our perfect future life would be. I have my own hopes and dreams for my future. 

I currently am a Loyalist College student living on residence, independent and getting funding from OSAP like practically every student. I am currently studying Child and Youth Worker and I have always felt that this is the right program and career path for me. 

After spending three years in college, I hope to find a comfortable country home in Prince Edward County. I also plan on having my license by then with at least a small car to help me get around easier so I can get to my dream job. 

I plan on having a placement as a Child and Youth worker at the Belleville FACS. I want to be able to make my living by helping youth overcome difficult times in their life whether it is family, school, work, or other things in there life that are making it stressful. 

I hope that during my college years and can maybe find my future husband who I will spending the rest of my life with in my country home in The County. Maybe someday I will eventually be able to settle down with my husband and have some children. 

Hopefully I can get out of school debt from OSAP loans and make a good living by being a Child and Youth Worker. I always have ideas about what I want in my life and I know that becoming a Child and Youth Worker near my hometown would be a dream come true and I know that my hopes and dreams will take me far in life and make it a life changing experience. 

The best things in life, is following your life long dream and striving to do the best you can in everything and anything that you do. I could never see myself not doing just that.
